Resort Benefits:

All guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve have full access to all the facilities and amenities (restaurants, pools, spa, fitness centers, etc.) at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

Daily Theme Park Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours

• Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve enjoy 30- minute early access to all Disney theme parks every day as well as stay 2 hours after regular closure hours at select Disney theme parks on select days as well! 
• A Park reservation and valid ticket or pass for the same Park on the same date and valid Resort ID are required. 
• Applicable theme park, days and times of operation, attraction and service availability may vary and are subject to change without notice. Subject to capacity and cancellation.

Convenient Location/Complimentary Transportation:

• In addition to the water taxi transportation to Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, regularly scheduled Walt Disney World motor coach transportation provides quick access throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, including the Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney Springs®, BLIZZARD BEACH, TYPHOON LAGOON and all other Walt Disney World Theme Parks and attractions.

These services are available to Walt Disney World Swan Reserve guests at no charge:

• Within Walking Distance to Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Conveniently accessible walkways to Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, take our guests to the parks almost immediately
• Complimentary delivery of purchases made in the Disney Theme Parks to our Disney stores within the resort.- Currently suspended – will advise when returning
• Guests of Walt Disney World Swan Reserve can enjoy complimentary parking at Disney theme parks with room key and MyDisney experience app confirmation.
• Preferred Tee Times to the Championship Walt Disney World Golf Courses
• Disney Restaurants: Priority seating can be made through the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve for selected table service restaurants and dinner shows within the Walt Disney World® Resort, on a space-available basis. 
• Mandara Spa: An Asian-inspired retreat at the Walt Disney World Dolphin wing.

A daily resort fee will be charged locally. The amount is USD $50.00 plus tax per day.

Terms and Conditions

• Call certificates or exchange certificates must be exchanged for the applicable ticket at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations window
• Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
• The persons who will use the Special Offer Canada Resident Tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up
• Discounted Canada Resident Offer tickets are valid for 5+ Day Walt Disney World Base, Park Hopper, Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Tickets
• Date-based tickets expire depending on the length of ticket purchased
